Factors Influencing YouTube as a Learning Tool and Its Influence on Academic Achievement in a Bilingual Environment Using Extended Information Adoption Model (IAM) with ML Prediction—Jordan Case Study

YouTube usage as a learning tool is evident among students. Hence, the goal of this study to examine various factors that influence use tool, which influences academic achievement in bilingual context. Using survey data from 704 users Jordan’s institutes, research model was empirically validated. Amos 20, structural equation modeling (SEM) performed assess hypotheses. SEM permits concurrent checking direct and indirect effects all Confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) used validate instrument items’ properties addition machine methods: ANN, SMO, bagging reduced error pruning tree (RepTree), random forest. The empirical results offer several key findings: (AA) influenced by information adoption (IA) tool. Information usefulness (IU). Source credibility (SC) quality (IQ) both (IU), while language (IL) does not. intrinsic, contextual, accessibility quality. This adds literature testing theorizing on Jordanian university students who are studying surroundings.
